VifArgent offers unique services to the equestrian world, aiming at educating horse owners in the natural care and handling of horses. The traditional horse industry needs to evolve to start taking better care of the horse's and the rider's welfare, and to discover that there is a natural and non forceful way of developing, riding and managing this beautiful creature. We can preserve its confidence, curiosity, sensitivity and most of all, dignity, so often squashed in the past. I focus primarily on horse lovers who enjoy riding or owning a horse for the long term. They care about their relationship with their partner and about the horse's mental, emotional and physical well-being, no matter what their objective. They want to develop their horsemanship naturally through psychology, communication, and understanding, versus mechanics, fear and intimidation. They want to do everything with and for their horse, not to him. They want a partner that responds and participates willingly and with enthusiasm, not a robot that reacts and obeys without thinking.
The Parelli program is not specific to one discipline or to one style of riding and can be used for leisure or competition. Most people think expertise with horses, more than anything else, involves only riding. But riding is less than half of what you really need to know to be good with horses. There is so much more... how they think, how they learn, what's important to them, how to communicate with them, how to help them reach their own potential. The horse is no longer a work tool - he has become a partner for recreation and sport. It's time to start taking into account his point of view and his needs, and to change things to provide him with a better and kinder world. For the horse owner (or future horse owner), we provide:
Training in riding and horsemanship (Parelli Natural Horsemanship, on the ground and in the saddle). Parelli Natural Horsemanship is non-denominational and applies to all disciplines and all types of horses, English or Western. We focus on the relationship, the communication and the intimacy between horse and human as well as on safety. It allows you to build a foundation of trust, respect and harmony both on the ground and on horseback. Discover the sheer joy of the natural horse without boundaries!

Why VifArgent? VifArgent is an ancient French word that used to designate mercury. Mercury is a very shiny white metal with a density of 13.6; it is liquid at ordinary temperatures, becomes solid at 38.87°C and boils at 356.58°C. It is represented by Hg in the periodic table. It is used to fabricate physics devices such as barometers and thermometers, and to extract gold with which it readily bonds to form a composite. It is highly conductive of heat. In Greek and Roman mythology, Mercury (Hermes for the Greek) is the god of travellers and merchants. He is a god with winged feet who carries messages from other gods. He also guides the souls and takes them through the doors of the realm of the dead. His attributes are the caduceus (symbol of the healer) and Pegasus, the winged horse, who is his companion. Mercury is a symbol of intellect, communication, movement and transportation. In astrology, Mercury is the planet associated with Gemini who are often defined by their intelligence, communication gifts, versatility, quick minds, curiosity and playfulness. Gemini rule their world according to their intellect and mental skills, and by using their ability to adapt quickly and easily.
